Removing obstacles and making meaningful shifts can be hard to do alone; this is where therapy can be transformative. Whether you’d like help making changes, dealing with life transitions, engaging in self-exploration, working through difficult relationships, sexual issues, uncomfortable moods, past and ongoing trauma, or just developing a better sense of peace, balance and integration, psychotherapy can offer the space and relationship to help you grow.
About Nicole
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with individuals, using a collaborative, integrative, and customized approach. I pull from and combine various modalities, particularly psychodynamic therapy, CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, body-centered approaches)
I received my training at New York University in psychodynamic therapy and have been extensively trained in several evidence-based therapeutic approaches and protocols. My use of these techniques is eclectic: I pull from specific therapeutic approaches and modalities depending on what makes sense for you and how you would like to work.
My areas of interest and training are focused on working with relationships, trauma (complex, single incident or the trauma of everyday life), mood disorders (anxiety and depression), performance enhancement (executives and creatives), sex therapy, and the integration of mind and body.

As long as we keep secrets and suppress information, we are fundamentally at war with ourselves…The critical issue is allowing ourselves to know what we know. That takes and enormous amount of courage.
